At Fast Recharge, we strive to ensure that every hafilat recharge transaction is processed correctly and efficiently. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our hafilat recharge service.

1. Successful Transactions

Once a hafilat recharge has been successfully processed and the funds have been transferred to your card, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable. This is because:

• The funds are immediately transferred to the transportation authority's system
• The recharge credit is immediately available for use on your hafilat card
• We cannot reverse funds that have already been added to your card balance

2. Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed hafilat recharge transaction, our policy is as follows:

• Payment Processed but Recharge Failed: If your payment was processed but your hafilat card was not recharged due to a technical error, we will automatically initiate a refund to your original payment method within 24 hours of confirming the issue.
• Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally submitted the same hafilat recharge transaction multiple times and all transactions were processed, we will refund the duplicate transactions after verification.
• Incorrect Amount: If you were charged an incorrect amount for your hafilat recharge, we will either refund the difference or complete the recharge for the correct amount, based on your preference.

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund for your hafilat recharge, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your transaction ID, the date of the transaction, and details about the issue.
3. Our team will investigate the issue and respond within 2 business days.
4. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
• Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
• Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• When you have successfully recharged your hafilat card but later decide you no longer need the credit
• When you have provided an incorrect hafilat card number (however, we will assist you in trying to resolve the issue with the transportation authority)
• When the refund request is submitted more than 30 days after the transaction date
• When the issue is due to problems with the transportation authority's systems that are beyond our control

5. Cancellation of Recurring Payments

If you have set up automatic hafilat recharge through our service, you can cancel your recurring payment plan at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Cancellation will stop future scheduled payments, but previously completed recharges are non-refundable.
